Specific Barbell Prep + Get to Working Loads (8-10 minutes)
Perform 2 Cycles, Adding Loads
- Clean Pull
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Squat Clean
- Split Jerk

Every 90 seconds x 10 Sets
