Close to 100m for every rep over or under = burpees

eg. 103m = 3 burpees, 92m = 8 burpees


Partner Conditioning Workout

"Snakebite"


3 Sets, for Max Reps

8:00 minute AMRAP with Partner

8 Wall Walk

24 Plate Ground to Overhead 20/10 kg

25m Plate Overhead Walking Lunges 

8 Rope Climbs 

-Max Calorie in Remaining Time 


3:00 minute Rest between sets
