Conditioning

"Harbour"


As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

9 pike push-ups

5 shuttle runs


As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

12 pike push-ups

5 shuttle runs


As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

15 pike push-ups

5 shuttle runs
