- Power Snatch

- Overhead Squat

- Squat Snatch


Then add loads, bar should be off the floor now


From the Floor x 2

- Snatch Lift Off to Knee

- Slow Snatch Pull

- Squat Snatch 


Then Complex @ Real Speed, Building to Starting Loads
